Niagara Falls, Ontario: Day 2

Looking down Murray Street at the American Falls

Journey Behind the Falls:  Created in the late 1800s and updated throughout the years is a heart pounding way to experience Horseshoe Falls.  An elevator transports guests deep into the cavern where "scenic tunnels" extend into the rock and allow for 3 observations underneath the falls.  The above picture was taken from the first observation area.

The walkway that follows the Niagara River hovers over the brink of the falls.  It's an awesome feeling to be standing on the edge.
